1. Service description

VisaPilot provides software-assisted drafting tools for U.S. immigration petitions. Petitions are reviewed and signed by independent licensed attorneys before filing.

2. Eligibility

You represent that the information you provide is true and accurate. Material misrepresentations void the money-back guarantee.

3. Fees & refunds

Service fees are described on the pricing page. USCIS filing fees are non-refundable. Money-back terms are described in your engagement letter.

4. Limitation of liability

VisaPilot is not liable for adjudication outcomes. Legal responsibility for filings rests with the partner attorney of record.

5. Governing law

Delaware. Disputes go to AAA arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
